Background
He was born on July 13, 1977.
In 1999 Ruslan Garifullin graduated from UGTU-UPI with a degree in turbine engineering.
From 2008 to 2022 (with a break), he worked in budgetary organizations (MBU) and local governments, supervised the areas of housing and communal services, construction, landscaping.
