The session is dedicated to increasing labor productivity in the construction industry through the introduction of lean manufacturing technologies. Participants will discuss system solutions to reduce non-production costs, increase project manageability, and scale best practices. Special attention will be paid to the involvement of all participants in the technological chain in the federal project, from manufacturers of materials to construction organizations.

The participants will discuss:

— how do businesses get support and launch changes;

— factors and reserves for increasing production efficiency;

— industry-specific features of labor productivity improvement in construction industry organizations;

— practical solutions and tools to increase labor productivity: real business cases;

The purpose of the session is to systematize knowledge and develop practical solutions to increase labor productivity in the construction industry through the formation of participants' clear understanding of the goals of the Federal Project and skills in building a roadmap for the introduction of lean manufacturing tools.
