Background
Since 2017, I have been developing expertise at UMM 2 Group of Companies. She worked her way up from a QMS engineer, where she built a system for regulating business processes, to the head of key transformational projects. She successfully completed the company's participation in the national project to increase labor productivity. Today, I am leading the implementation of integrated automation of the Company's processes, ensuring the digital integration of departments and reducing operating costs.
