Ekaterina has Bachelor Degree of Ural State Academy of Architecture And Art and Master`s degree of Ural Federal University, Institute of Construction and Architecture. Both graduation theses were related to the creation and analysis of sustainable architectural projects and their assessment by various systems of building environmental certification.
Ekaterina started her professional career as an architect at “SP KUB”.
She joined Brusnika company as an architect in 2018.
In 2019 she started research work on sustainable development issues.
In 2020 Ekaterina Smirnova became the first Russian sustainable development expert hired on the staff of the construction and development company. She is also a certified GREEN ZOOM specialist.
