The Urban Planning Institute of Residential and Public Buildings (Gorproject ZAO) performs the total complex of design works for buildings and structures: architectural, structural, engineering and special chapters of design documents; besides the company exercises the General Design Contractor’s functions. One of specialization areas of Gorproject ZAO is designing high-rise complexes.

Gorproject ZAO is a participant of CTBUH (The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat).
