In 2008, Sergey Nikeshkin and Andrey Mikhailov co-founded the design firm KPLN. Sergey's field of responsibility are the architectural projects of the bureau. He's created a number of large housing and commercial estate projects, including those of global scale. One example is the multi-functional commercial center near the Tepliy Stan subway station. The center was designed by KPLN and made it to the shortlist at World Architecture Festival.
