Starting from 1986, Andrey worked as an architect in the project group Sverdlovsk Specialized Research and Restoration Manufactory, as chief engineer in "Sverdlovsk Sportkombinat Dinamo" and as an architect in the Urman co-op.
From 1989 to 1993, he was an architect in the design office Sverdlovskgrazhdanproekt. He then was Chief Architect for TOO "Atelye Dom" for a year. For the subsequent two years he was Chief Architect for AO Uralgrazhdanproekt.
From 1996 to 1999, he was in charge of the municipal enterprise Dorproekt. From 1999 to 2002, he worked as Chief Architect for the Energostroyproekt design office. From 2002 to 2005, Andrey's chief architect journey continued at OOO Grachev, Molokov And Partners. In 2005, he took the positions of Director and Chief Architect at OOO Arkhitekturnaya Masterskaya Molokova.
He is a member of the board for Sverdlovsk Organization of the Union of Architects of Russia and one of the founders and organizers of the architecture contest "ARCH-IDEYA" organized by the Union of Architects of Russia.
