Inna Gubanova joined the ranks of the TECHNONICOL Construction Academy in 2017. Thanks to her experience as the Deputy Dean in charge of academic work and teaching activities at the Ufa State Aviation Technical University, she has expertise in the development and creation of teaching materials, and in organizational work involving educational institutions.
She is the education system’s key link in the area of integration of new technologies, systems and techniques into educational processes on the basis of obtaining personal practical experience in the application of contemporary construction technologies of TECHNONICOL.
Mrs. Gubanova organizes the theoretical and practical training, review and certification of the heads of training centers of TECHNONICOL.
