Born in West Africa with exposure to wildlife and agricultural conservation organisations, led to her interest and passion for sustainability at an early age. She has worked for large building contractors across the UK & ROI, gaining awards for the UKs most sustainable building projects and award winning civil engineering projects with socioeconomic success. In recent years she has worked with HSBC, Water Aid, WWF, and Manchester United FC. Achieving award winning success under Green Tourism award, she helped Blenheim Palace declare a climate emergency in 2020 and commit to carbon reduction targets to develop their own renewable energy for surrounding communities. From July she has been appointed as Sustainability Advisor with Belfast Harbour to make it the world’s greenest multi modal port. This is the first port in the UK or Ireland to appoint such a position. She is developing their sustainability strategy and has implemented actions on 6 key themes (e.g. green construction).
