His professional career began within the banking industry, namely he worked in the area of mortgage financing, gradually gaining deeper understanding of the financing and construction processes, and subsequently he joined the construction industry, in view of the importance of working directly in the manufacturing sector of the economy. In parallel he was engaged in teaching finances at the construction department of the university, which helped him understand in a more detailed way the processes of financing of the construction business. Upon having mastered this field of knowledge and that of commissioning of major facilities, he delved deeper into the issue of operation of such facilities in order to understand the full cycle of all the processes related to real estate, ranging from design conceptualization and financing to construction and subsequent operation
