Anton V. Shevelyov was born on the 9th of June, 1977, in Voronezh. In 2000 he graduated cum laude from the Voronezh State Architecture and Construction Academy, with specialization of "Architect".
He began his career as an architect at AOO Design Institute "Voronezhproekt". Later he was elected associate professor of VGASU department on the basis of the results of the competitive selection. He combined his duties with work of an architect in OOO "Personal Creative Workshop number 4 of the Union of Architects."
He was appointed to the position of head of the Department for the Implementation of the master plan in MUP "Directorate of the Chief Architect of the city of Voronezh" in 2003.
Since 2004 - Head of Department for the Implementation of the master plan of the Committee of Chief Architect of the Department of Urban Development and Land Relations; since 2005 - Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Chief Architect of the Department of Urban Development and Land Relations; since 2008 - Deputy Head of the Directorate of Chief Architect; since 2009 - Head of the Directorate of Chief Architect; since 2010 - the deputy director of the Department - Head of the Directorate of Chief Architect of the Department of Urban Development and Land Relations; from 2012 - Head of Directorate of the Main Urban District Architect.
Anton V. Shevelyov teaches at the Voronezh State Architecture and Construction Academy at the department of "Urban design". Being an experienced tutor, is is a supervisor of the graduation projects of students in a position of associate professor.
During his career he build professional competence in the construction industry, having risen from the ordinary architect to the head of directorate of the chief architect of the urban district administration of the city of Voronezh.
He took part in design of the master plan.
Currently, Anton Shevelyov leads a process of development of regulatory basis for urban planning and architecture in view of the new urban and housing codes
