Awarded with the Order of Honor (Decree of the RF President no. 564 dated April 24, 2008), medal «For high architectural proficiency» named after Vasily Bazhenov at the festival of the Union of Architects of Russia «Architecture-2007».
More than one hundred various urban planning and architectural projects were implemented with the direct participation of Andrei Bokov. The most interesting of them are: experimental residential area in Nizhny Novgorod, 4th pavilion at the All-Russia Exhibition Center, Mayakovsky museum in Lubianka, Pushkin museum in Prechistenka, office complexes in Savvinskaya esplanade, Guilyarovsky street and B.Gnezdnikovsky lane, Locomotive stadium, skating rink at Krylatskoye, Megasport Ice Palace, urban planning concepts and housing development on Khodynskoye field, MAMT named after K. Stanislavsky and V. Nemirovich-Danchenko.
Andrei Bokov is the author of 2 books and more than 50 papers published in domestic and foreign periodicals. He carried out theoretical researches on urban environment design and social infrastructure development. He’s an ideologist of ‘the environmental approach in architecture’ and held classes at Senezh studio of the Union of Artists of the USSR, Moscow Institute of Architecture, Moscow Institute of Land Management, Moscow Artistic College named after V. Surikov. He constantly participates in national and foreign creativity competitions and received over 40 awards.
