Anatoliy A. Magay, Director of Research at the Central Research and Engineering Institute for Residential and Public Buildings, Professor of the Department of Architecture at the V.I. Surikov Moscow State Academic Art Institute. (MGAHI), CSc. Arch., Advisor at the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, Member of the World Academy of Integrated Safety and Security Sciences (VAN KB). One of the authors of Moscow Municipal Construction Standard MGSN 4-19-2005 “Temporary standards and regulations on engineering of high-rise multi-purpose buildings and complexes in Moscow”. Has published 3 monographs: “Architecture of high-rise buildings”, “Architecture of high-rise buildings around the world", "Contemporary high-rise construction”, and over 30 articles on issues of high-rise construction. He gave over 20 presentations at international, federal and regional conferences symposiums, trade fairs, advanced training courses on high-rise and special buildings.
Mr. Magay has authored more than 50 public and residential buildings, most of them have been built in Moscow, Dmitrov, Naro-Fominsk, Orenburg, Elista, Kirovo-Chepetsk, and Leninakan (Armenia). One of such projects is the high-rise building that was built in 1980 at the Sireneviy Avenue in Moscow.
