Biography:
1951 born in the city of Frunze, the USSR;
1973 graduated from Frunze Polytechnic Institute;
1973-1987 worked at Frunzegorproekt Institute, Frunze;
1976 joined the Union of Architects of the USSR;
1976-1981 graduated from post-graduate school at Gosgrazhdanstroy, Moscow;
1981 defended his post-graduate Candidate thesis. (Academic advisor Academician Y. P. Gnedovsky);
1987 founded a private architectural bureau ‘Museum’ in Frunze;
1988 founded a Soviet-Chinese joint architecture and construction enterprise ‘Arksim’ with branches in Harbin, Nakhodka, Frunze and Moscow;
From 1989 he has been working in Moscow;
2001 in cooperation with Ekaterina Sereguina founded the ARCHITECTON architectural bureau in Moscow;
2008 founded PRI, a company in the Subic Bay Freeport Economic Zone, Republic of the Philippines;
2010 founded PRTHI, a company in Manila, Republic of the Philippines.

1984 UNESCO medal for cultural heritage protection;
1984 first prize of the international competition for young architects under the auspices of UNESCO «Tomorrow’s Habitat», Paris, with Kenzo Tange as the President of jury;
1986 first prize at the exhibition of works by young architects of the USSR;
1988 nominated for the Aga Khan Foundation Award for Islamic architecture, Geneva;
1985 a report at the UNESCO «Tomorrow’s Habitat» symposium, Tokyo;
1988 organized the Festival of visual architecture «Architectural Alternatives» in Frunze.
