Minister of Construction of Russia approved the concept of the forum and exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild

The Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Faizullin approved the format of the VIII International Forum and Exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild and its main theme – Dialogue of Regions. The meeting of the organizing committee was also attended by the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region Yevgeny Kuyvashev and Senator of the Federation Council Arkady Chernetsky.

The forum and exhibition are scheduled for October 5-7, 2021. They will be held in the IEC Yekaterinburg-Expo.

"Special attention should be paid to customer training programs, as well as to special sections for students and young professionals. To bring this idea to life, the co-organizers team will include MGSU and the Public Law Company "Yediniy zakazchik v sfere stroitelstva (National Customer in the Construction Sector)", – said Irek Faizullin.

In addition, at the suggestion of the Minister, the list of topics covered within the framework of 100+ will include prefabricated buildings that have shown their importance in emergency response and during a pandemic. It is also planned to raise the issue of prefabricated residential housing facilities.

"The Forum has established itself as an effective communication platform for interaction among professionals, discussion of key problems in the construction industry, and search for new solutions. Of course, the support of the Federal Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services in the preparation of the event is very important to us. This raises the event's status, allows us to form a large-scale agenda, and make it possible for innovations and ideas proposed by experts to see practical implementation", – said Yevgeny Kuyvashev, Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region.

Members of the Organizing Committee see great prospects for the engineering and architectural award 100+ AWARDS, which appeared this year as part of the 100+ TechnoBuild. The largest construction and design companies of the country have already submitted applications for participation.

Yevgeny Kuyvashev stressed that all measures of epidemiological safety will be strictly observed during the event. Based on the epidemiological conditions, it may be decided to introduce additional requirements for guests and participants, such as having a negative test for COVID-19 or a certificate confirming vaccination.

It is expected that Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin will take part in the 100+.
