• From 2002 to 2011, she taught as an associate professor at the Department of Building Materials and Special Technologies at NGASU (Sibstrin).
• Since 2005, she started working at KNAUF, and from 2011 to 2022, she headed the KNAUF Academy, building systematic work on industry education and personnel development.
• Since December 2022, he has held the position of Director of Development, Head of the NOSTROI Project Office.
• He continues to actively develop the academic field, translating practical experience into the educational process: since 2022, he has been teaching classes as a visiting associate professor at the evening faculty of the MARCHI, and since March 2025, he has additionally been working as an associate professor at the Corporate Department of the Ministry of Construction of Russia at NGASU (Sibstrin).
• Actively participates in the formation of the state and industry agenda:

– is a member of the Council for Professional Qualifications in Construction;

– acts as an expert of the Commission on Vocational Education and Human Resources in the field of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation;

– holds the post of Deputy Head of the Committee of the Russian Union of Builders (RCC) for the Development of Vocational Education and Employment Promotion in the construction industry;

– Heads the Subcommittee on Human Resources in the Construction Industry under the Committee on Entrepreneurship in the Construction Industry of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (CCI RF).
