• 1997 – 2008. USUPS, Faculty of Civil Engineering, diploma with honors, specialization – railway engineer, civil engineer, graduate school of USUPS, PhD degree.
• 2010 – 2013 Internships and participation in conferences in China, Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
• 2012 – awarded the academic title of "Associate Professor"
• From 2005 to 2016, he was the author of more than 20 scientific and educational works.
Professional path and experience:
• From 2000 to 2002, he was the presenter of information programs on the radio station "Gorod FM 107.6FM"
• 2002 - Engineer at "Uralzheldorproekt".
• From 2004 to 2016, he was an assistant, Associate professor at the Department of "Path and Railway Construction" at USUP.
• From 2006 to 2016 (10 years) – Head of the Department of Public Infrastructure Development at "Transpromproekt" UrGUPS (staff of 80 subordinates).
• From 2015 to 2020, Chairman of the State Examination Commission of "Ural Railway Technical School".
• Since 2018, it has been included in the NOPRIZ.
• From 2022 to the present, he has been the founder (100%) and CEO of "Ural-Siberian Design Company" LLC.
• 2025 present – Founder (100%) and Chairman of the Alexander Gavrilenko Charitable Foundation.
