Sergei Zyryanov

Background

For 10 years (1982-1992), Sergey Zyryanov worked in the KGB and FSB agencies, and in 1992 he began working in the industrial sector of the Sverdlovsk region.

From 2002 to 2006, he served as CEO of Ural Turbine Works. Then, until 2009, he worked as the general director of the Ural Plant of Rubber and Technical Products.

In December 2009, he became an adviser to the governor of the region, was involved in the industrial development of the region. In February 2011, he began working as CEO of Uralsevergaz.

For 2 months in 2012 (March-May), he headed the administration of the governor of the region.

Today, Sergey Mikhailovich Zyryakov is the Acting Minister for State Property Management of the Sverdlovsk Region. Develops and implements policies in the field of construction and infrastructure development, energy and housing and communal services, transport and communications; is the person responsible for informatization of the region.
