Dmitry Zotov

Background

Dmitry Vladimirovich Zotov has been working in the FAA Glavgosexpertiza of Russia team since 2010. He started his professional career as a specialist at the Yekaterinburg branch. In the period from 2017 to 2019, he headed the Department of Comprehensive Expertise of the branch. In June 2019, he was transferred to the Central Office of the Institution. During his time in Central Asia, he worked as an assistant to the head of the Institution, headed the Department of Transport and Hydraulic Engineering Facilities, then the Service of the main experts of the project for transport and hydraulic engineering facilities. In 2023, as part of the Department of Expertise and Coordination of Special Projects, he became the head of the Service of the main experts of the project on Special projects, and since May 2024 he has been acting as the head of the Department of Expertise and Coordination of Special Projects.
