Background

Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Public Administration. In 2013, she became an English teacher at the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

From 2014 to 2015, she was the chief expert of the Department for the Prevention of Corruption and Other Offenses of the Department of Personnel and Organizational Development.

For the next two years, she was the chairman of the Russian Management Community of participants in the Presidential Management Training Program.

In 2016, she became an assistant professor at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

From 2018 to the present, he has been the head of the Urban Competence Center.
