Anna Zholobova

Background

Anna Zholobova's main areas of specialization at the College are real estate and construction, land, environmental and administrative law.

Anna has extensive experience in supporting real estate transactions, complex management of construction projects, participation in procedures for the revision of cadastral value, state control (supervision) and municipal control, audit of rental relations of owners of facilities.

Anna has repeatedly been a member of the working groups on the development and coordination of normative and non-normative acts in the field of regulation of land, urban planning and administrative relations. The experience of dispute support in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction is more than 15 years.

He has extensive experience in public speaking at Russian and international events.

Anna holds a Master's degree in Private Law, LLM, and is also a member of the Committee on Administrative Procedures in Construction at the National Association of Builders (NOSTROI).
