Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Laboratory of Foundations and Foundations on Weak Soils of the N.M.Gersevanov Research Institute of Natural Sciences and Technology of JSC SIC Stroitelstvo.

Member of the Russian and International Societies for Soil Mechanics, Geotechnics and Foundation Engineering (ROMGGiF and ISSMGE). Member of the ISSMGE International Technical Committee for the Improvement of soil properties (Groundimprovement). Member of the Geotechnics Subcommittee of the Technical Committee for Standardization No. 465 "Construction".

Corresponding member of the Academy of Architecture and Construction of Tajikistan, Honorary Builder of Russia, Honorary Builder of Tajikistan.

He is the author and co-author of more than 100 published works, including regulatory documents on the design and construction of foundations.

The main areas of activity are design, construction and reconstruction of foundations and foundations on weak soils, new geotechnologies, geotechnical monitoring, development of regulatory documents on foundation construction.
