Galina Zakharova

Currently, he is a leading researcher at the Scientific Research Institute of URGAKHA, Candidate of Technical Sciences, associate professor. His research interests include IT in architectural and construction activities: TIM/BIM, Historic BIM, LIM, and AI.

He teaches a course for undergraduates on "Modern ICT".

He heads the student research laboratory "IT in Architecture".

He is a member of the Organizing Committees of a number of international scientific and practical conferences.

Previously, she was the head of the Department and Faculty of Applied Informatics at the Institute of Urban Studies of USAHU.

Until 2005, she worked at the Institute of Machine Science of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, was engaged in the development of intelligent CAD and expert systems, and led the laboratory.

She was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region for the development and implementation of a system for training qualified personnel for the digital economy capable of creating and applying innovative solutions in scientific and practical activities.
