Background

He graduated with honors in 1972 from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute of the Order of Lenin. In 1975, he defended his PhD thesis on diagnostics of mechanical systems based on vibration measurements.

In 1980, he received the academic title of senior researcher specializing in CAD in construction. For many years, he has been leading teams of developers of CAD software and information support in construction. The developed domestic software is used by thousands of organizations in Russia and abroad.
