Born on December 21, 1958 in Sverdlovsk; graduated from the Sverdlovsk Architectural Institute with a degree in Architecture (1982); worked in design organizations and executive authorities of the Sverdlovsk region (1982-1986), headed the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Anapa, was the chief architect of Anapa, Chairman of the Board of the Anapa Organization of the Union of Architects of Russia (1986-2002). Since 2002 - Head of the Committee on Architecture and Urban Planning, Chief Architect of the Krasnodar Territory; Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences, Chairman of the Board of the Krasnodar Regional Organization of the Union of Architects of Russia; Honored Architect of Russia; hobbies: architecture and work, driving a car.
