Yulia has extensive experience in all stages of construction project implementation, including: comprehensive technical expertise of real estate, tenders, project management, preparation of business plans, analysis of the best and most efficient use of facilities, economic feasibility analysis, SWOT analysis, restructuring of real estate portfolios of companies, technological and price audit.

Yulia's clients include international and Russian investment banks, international corporations (automotive / agricultural/chemical manufacturers), major Russian construction companies, federal and regional authorities.
