Background

The Moscow State Expertise State Autonomous Institution is an expert organization with a 25-year history.

Today, Mosgosexpertize employs more than 300 highly qualified employees of various specialties.

In 2013, Mosgosexpertiza began accepting project documentation in electronic form for state examination. This area opens up serious, qualitatively new opportunities for partnership, reducing labor costs when transferring documents, concluding contracts, eliminating comments, and making it possible to obtain a state expert opinion in electronic form without actually visiting the department.

Mosgosexpertiza is exploring new areas of activity and developing partnerships. In 2014, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed with TÜV SÜD Concern, one of the world's leading organizations providing independent expertise and audit services in the industrial sector, technical supervision, and certification of management systems. In March 2014, a contract was signed for the provision of audit services. Currently, Mosgosexpertiza is preparing documentation for the certification audit of the quality management system based on the international requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard.

This year, special emphasis is placed on studying international experience and introducing BIM information modeling technology (a modern analogue of design drawings) into the activities of Mosgosexpertiza.

Mosgosexpertiza is ready to assist in improving the quality of services provided in the construction sector, to hold meetings and consultations on problematic issues. In order to inform, educate, and clarify issues of interest, Mosgosexpertiza has opened a Training Center where both group and individual seminars are held for contractors, partners, designers, and customers.
