1989 - Postgraduate studies at the Moscow Institute of Fine Arts, Candidate of Architecture (specialty 18.00.02 "Architecture of buildings and Structures").

FAA "FTS" - since 2017; Head of Department; DGPMoscow - 2011-2016; Deputy Head of the Department–Head of the Department; MKA – 2007-2011; Deputy Head of the Department; GUP MNITEP – 1989-2007; Head of the Laboratory of Typology of Housing.

The author of a number of sets of rules (SNiP 31-01-2003, SP 31-103-2003, SP 54.13330.2012, SP 137.13330.2012, SP 251.1325800.2016, SP 252.1325800.2016) and the MGSN on residential buildings, commercial enterprises, landscaping.

He has more than 60 publications on typology and standardization issues. Winner of the Golden Section Competition (1998-1999), the Architecture Festival (2001 and 2002). She was awarded the medal "Laureate of the All-Russian Exhibition Center", the prize named after architect A.Gutnov, diploma of the Ministry of Construction of Russia (2014), badge "Honorary Builder of Moscow" (2015).
