Background
In 2008, he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
After graduating from MGIMO, he worked for the Russian Government for several years (2008-2010 and 2013-2019), and from 2010 to 2013 he worked in the Office of the Mayor of Moscow.
He joined Yandex in 2019 and is currently the head of the Government Relations Department.
