Michael Vyatkin
Background
In 1973, he graduated from the Sverdlovsk Architectural Institute with a degree in Architecture.
From 1973 to 1979 he worked at Ural Electromechanical Plant. Participated in the design of industrial, administrative and civil facilities of the plant.
From 1979 to 1993. Vyatkin M.B. worked in the Bureau of expertise and improvement of design solutions of Glavsreduralstroy. During his time at the bureau, he participated in the examination of projects to improve design solutions for a number of the largest industrial facilities in the region. For these works, he was awarded a commemorative badge of the VDNH of the USSR and accepted into the Association of experts at the USSR State Construction Committee.
Since 1993, M.B. Vyatkin has worked in the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Land Relations Regulation of the Yekaterinburg Administration, first as Deputy Head of the Department, and since 1996 as head of the Department.
With the participation of M.B.Vyatkin, construction projects were developed for new residential districts of Yekaterinburg: South Center, Central Passad, Severny Khimmash, etc., as well as the largest public and commercial facilities of the Yugo-Zapadny shopping center, Dirigible shopping center, Park House shopping mall. With his direct participation, the General Plan of the Yekaterinburg City Municipality for the period up to 2025 was developed and approved. The All-Russian review competition in 2005. M.B.Vyatkin was awarded the Diploma of the laureate of the V.N.Tatishchev Prize and G.V.Vyatkin for the project "New General Plan of the Yekaterinburg City Municipality".In de Genina.
With the participation of M.B.Vyatkin, the development of the "Rules of Land use and development of the Yekaterinburg City Municipality", the concept of Urban development of the Akademicheskiy district layout together with the French company VP, as well as the Yekaterinburg CITY district development project were carried out.
In 2011, by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, M.B. Vyatkin was awarded the title of "Honored Architect of Russia".
