Background

Konstantin Viktorovich Vostrikov was born in 1984. He graduated from Lipetsk State Technical University and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Since 2006, he has worked as the head of the Technological Connection Implementation Department at JSC Lipetsk City Energy Company. From 2013 to 2016, he worked in the Department of Energy and Tariffs. Then he took the position of deputy head of the department – head of the Department of Thermal Power Engineering. In March 2019, he became the head of the regional Capital Repair Fund. In 2020, he became the first deputy head of the Lipetsk city Administration. In September 2021, he was appointed Deputy Governor of the Lipetsk Region. In October 2022, he still holds the position of Deputy General Director of the PPK Territorial Development Fund. Konstantin Vostrikov was awarded certificates of honor and letters of appreciation, including from the Ministry of Energy of Russia.
