Background
For 15 years, until 2013, he worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Land Relations Regulation of the Yekaterinburg City Administration (Glavarchitecture).
In September 2013, he joined UMMC, where he took up non-industrial construction in Yekaterinburg.
In November 2016, he returned to municipal service, taking up the post of head of the Ministry of Construction of the Sverdlovsk region.
