David Wolfson

Background

Since 1982, he has been a specialist, group leader and chief project engineer for ten years (The Roszemproekt System (GIPROZEM)) in Kirov.

Then, from 1993 to 2001, he held the position of deputy head, as well as head of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Management of the city of Kirov.

For the next 7 years, he was the head of the branch and chief technologist of FSUE FCC Zemlya.

From 2008 to 2013 - Deputy Director, Director of the Center for Design Work on the Land and Property Complex at JSC Roszheldorproekt (JSC Russian Railways);

Then he held the position of Chief Technologist of JSC "Transputstroy" for 6 years;

In 2020, he became Deputy Director for Project Management of the Department of Project Engineering and Pre-design Works of the Urban Planning Institute of Spatial Modeling and Development "Giprogor Project".
