Denis Vlasov
Background
Graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, Doctor of Technical Sciences.
He has been working at the Moscow Master Plan Institute for more than 20 years, and has worked his way up from engineer to Deputy Director of the Institute.
He combines practical work with teaching at the National Research University MGSU, where he is a professor at the Department of Urban Planning.
His research interests include improving the transport planning structure of cities, developing the transport infrastructure of settlements, and developing and improving passenger transport systems.
He is a member of the relevant Dissertation Council at the National Research University of Moscow State University, and is a member of the editorial boards of a number of professional publications.
