Since December 2003, he has been the Head of the Administrative Law and Enforcement Division of Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Combine.

Since February 2007, he has been involved in legal support of the activities of the Chelyabinsk Regional Organization of the Mining and Metallurgical Trade Union of Russia.

Since February 2013, he has been the founder and supervisor of the organization for accounting and legal support of organizations, including enterprises in the construction industry, A-meta Consult LLC.

Since January 2014, he has been developing a barrier–free environment in the Ural region, within the framework of which he founded the flagship for the protection of the rights and interests of low-mobility groups in the Ural Federal District, an organization engaged in both educational and applied work to create a barrier-free environment - ANO URC INCLUSION.

In the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization URC INCLUSION, he manages issues of interaction with state and municipal authorities, public organizations, organizations and institutions of the social infrastructure of the region on the implementation of projects aimed at creating a barrier-free environment in the Ural region. Represents the interests of the organization during seminars, conferences, forums on the organization and formation of a barrier-free environment for low-mobility groups of the population, in relations with organizations of the construction industry, the business community.
