Prior to joining Ferro-Building LLC, he worked for the Severstal Group of Companies for 12 years, where he worked his way up from a Category 2 specialist in the Department of Industrial Economics at Cherepovets Metallurgical Combine to General Director of Severstal Steel Solutions CJSC. He was a member of the personnel reserve of the TOP 100. Participated in the development of the Severstal Group's promotion strategy in the construction industry. Implemented a start-up for the production of metal structures and complete supply with the prospect of entering the European market.
