Vladimir Gennadievich Veniaminov graduated from the Sverdlovsk Architectural Institute in 1984 with a degree in architecture of residential and public buildings. After graduation, he taught at the Institute at the Department of Fundamentals of Architectural Design.
Then, in 2000, he joined Uralelectromed. After that, he filled the position of head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning - chief architect in the administration of Verkhnyaya Pyshma, where he worked for 10 years, until 2010. During this period, with his direct participation and his leadership, a number of important projects were completed. Projects for the planning of multi-storey residential areas in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, in the village of Baltym and the village of Sanatorny, as well as engineering support programs for building areas, were developed and approved. He also developed a draft General plan of Verkhnyaya Pyshma as part of the creative team, conducted its public hearings, the necessary approvals and approval by the Duma of the city district.
During his time as Chief architect of the Verkhnyaya Pyshma city district, Vladimir Veniaminov was repeatedly awarded honorary diplomas by the government of the Sverdlovsk region and the head of the city district.
From 2010 to his appointment as Chief Architect of the region, V. Veniaminov worked as Deputy Head and Chief Architect of the Department of Non-industrial and Civil Engineering and Investments of UMMC - Holding LLC. During this period, he worked on urban planning for the use of the company's land holdings in the territories of the urban districts of Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Yekaterinburg, Sysert, and also participated in the development of projects: the Yekaterinburg City business center, the overpass in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, and the temple in Baltiysk.
On April 18, 2011, by decree of the Governor, he was appointed Chief Architect of the Sverdlovsk region.
Currently, Vladimir Gennadievich holds the position of director of the Branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia" UralNIIproekt.
