Background

  • Born on November 10, 1961 in the Kursk region. He graduated from the Voronezh Institute of Civil Engineering.
  • He started his career in 1979 in Voronezh. For five years he worked as an architect in the Ternovsky district executive committee. In 1991-1992, he was a civil engineer of the first category of the Economic and Technical Department of the All-Russian Research Institute of Sugar Beet and Sugar named after A.L. Mazlumov.
  • In 1992, he joined the Ramon district administration and served as the head of the district from 1998 to 2008.
  • Since 2008, he has been working in the Government of the Voronezh Region, first as head of the Main Directorate of Construction Policy, then as Deputy Head of the Department of Architecture and Construction Policy of the Voronezh Region.
  • In 2013, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Voronezh City Planning Administration.
  • He has received awards: the Zhukov Medal, the medal "300 Years of the Russian Navy", the medal "For Merits in conducting the All-Russian Population Census", the medal of the Order "For Services to the Fatherland, II degree".
  • A full-fledged municipal adviser of the municipal service of the 2nd class.
