1948-1966 - Architect and chief architect of the project.
Since 1966, he has held positions at the Central Research Institute of Urban Planning from chief architect of the project to Deputy Director.
He was the first in Russia to develop comprehensive district planning schemes and projects based on spatial organization planning techniques.
He was the first in Russia to organize the use of stereophotogrammetric equipment for measuring architectural monuments.
Honorary Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, President of the Self-regulatory Organization of the Association "National Association of Specialists and Experts in the field of Urban Planning, Investment, Construction, Housing and Communal Services" (SROSEXPERT).
