Alexander Wilkov

Background

At the beginning of his career, he worked at OAO Saratovgesstroy, worked his way up from master to head of the complex of special works. Then he joined Volgostroyservice LLC and the National Association of Estimated Pricing and Cost Engineering.

From 2010 to 2014, he held senior positions at GC Olimpstroy, after which he joined the State Unitary Enterprise of the Samara Region "Construction Control during the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of capital Construction facilities."

In 2015-2016, he was at the origin of the creation of the Samara branch of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia. He continued his career at the Federal Center for Pricing in Construction and the Building Materials Industry in the position of First Deputy Head. In February 2017, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia.

He oversees the Department for the Development of Estimated Standards, and is a member of the Expert Council on Pricing and Estimated Rationing at the Glavgosexpertize of Russia.

He was awarded the Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation and the badge "For his contribution to the construction of Olympic facilities."
