In 1988, he graduated with honors from the Leningrad Institute of Railway Engineers (LIIZHT) with a degree in non-destructive testing methods and devices;
In 1995, he graduated from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance with a degree in Economics and Management.;
In 2003, he completed postgraduate studies at the State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (GASU), Department of Construction Economics;
In 2010, he completed his doctoral studies at the State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (GASU) and defended his thesis on Self-regulation as a factor in the sustainable development of the construction sector (theory, methodology, practice)
