Background

  • In 1978, he graduated with honors from the Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute (SUSU) with a degree in Water Supply and Sewerage.
  • In 1978-1979, he worked as a foreman at the Spetsstroy-2 SU, after which he served in the Soviet Army. In 1981, he returned to the SU "Spetsstroy-2", worked as a senior foreman, chief engineer and head of management. From 1992 to 1996, he held the position of General Director of Entos CJSC. Later, he was elected a deputy to the Chelyabinsk City Duma.
  • In 1998-200– he was Deputy Head of the city of Chelyabinsk for Housing and Communal Services. Later, he worked as Deputy Director of the Department of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.
  • In 2006, he became Deputy Minister of Construction, Infrastructure and Road Management of the Chelyabinsk Region, and since 2008 he has served as First Deputy Minister.
  • Since September 2009, he has been the Minister of Construction, Infrastructure and Road Management of the Chelyabinsk Region. Since January 2015, he has been the Minister of Construction and Infrastructure of the Chelyabinsk Region.
