Viktor Grebenchuk is the main author of all regulatory documents on the welding production of steel bridge construction in the Russian Federation. Supervises the work on the certification of personnel, welding materials, equipment and welding technologies for the group of objects "Steel Bridge Structures" ("KSM"). He directs the development of technological documentation for the assembly, assembly welding and quality control of steel structures of steel bridge spans. He manages the technical support for the construction of a number of unique bridge crossings, including the Kerch Strait crossing.

The branch of JSC TSNIIS "SIC "Bridges" carries out the certification of personnel, welding materials, equipment and welding technologies for the group of technical educational institutions "KSM". Develops regulatory documents for the welding production of steel bridge construction, including Technological Regulations for the assembly welding of steel bridge superstructure structures. Conducts technical support for installation welding and testing of steel bridges.
