Background

He started his career at Severstal in 1997 with a job in a sheet-rolling workshop at a hot-rolling mill.

From 2005 to the present, he has been working as a project manager for the development of steel construction in the Directorate for Technical Development and Quality.

During this time, with his participation and leadership, a regulatory documentation management system for manufactured products was built. One of the latest projects implemented is the standardization of the metal tile market with the development of GOST standards, codes of practice and the introduction of mandatory certification procedures.

He is the company's leader in the work of the technical committees of Rosstandart, relevant Associations and working groups under the Ministry of Construction of Russia. With direct participation, all key GOST standards for manufactured metal products have been updated. Taking into account the importance of product management for the next metal conversion, work has been built to amend the building codes, taking into account the introduction of new products and technologies produced by the company.

He has expertise in working with regulatory documentation and product certification issues.
