Hu Wentao

Background

Hu Wentao is a graduate student at Ural Federal University, specializing in heating, ventilation and air conditioning of buildings. He has received more than 10 awards such as the CSC Full Scholarship, the Academic Scholarship GRANT, and the Chinese National Scholarship. He has published 19 scientific papers and patents, of which 11 papers are indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus, and 6 papers have a high impact factor (cumulative IF=40+). In addition, he and his team published a new model of solar air collectors in the leading international journal Applied Energy, and his team and the new model were covered in 16 Russian media outlets. In his team, he is mainly responsible for structural design, experimental testing, thermal performance assessment and development of solar air collectors.
