Background

With the participation of A.B. Vasilchuk, the deployment of a training center for the organization of assessment, training and development of construction and installation personnel and engineering and technical workers at a foreign site was implemented from scratch.

In the course of his work, he oversees the formation and development of the divisional competence center of the engineering division at the Russian site, methodological and expert support for the deployment of training centers at foreign sites. He is engaged in the creation of a unified methodological framework for the organization of assessment, training and advanced training, the organization of team training and the holding of competitions and championships of professional excellence, builds cooperation with universities.
