Background

Ustinov Alexander Yuryevich entered the Ural Mining Institute named after V.V. Vakhrushev in 1988.

In 1993, he began his professional career at the brick factory of the Bogoslovsky Aluminum Plant.

Since 2001, A. Ustinov worked as Chairman of the Committee on Housing and Communal Services, Transport, Communications, Energy and Environmental Management of the administration of the municipal formation "city of Krasnoturinsk", and in February 2003 he was appointed Deputy Head of the city for Housing and Communal Services, transport, communications, energy and Environmental Management.

Since February 2012 Alexander Yurievich worked at the Ministry of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Sverdlovsk Region as Head of the Department of Economics, Tariff Policy and Housing and Communal Services Reform.

In June 2013, he was appointed Deputy Governor of the Northern Administrative District of the Sverdlovsk Region.

On September 8, 2013, A.Y. Ustinov was elected Head of the Krasnoturinsk city district.

In 2016, he completed training at the Moscow State Medical University SKOLKOVO under the professional training program for training teams managing single-industry towns development projects.

In 2017, he completed professional retraining at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the program "State and Municipal Administration".

On September 14, 2017, he resumed the post of Head of the Krasnoturinsk city district.

Alexander Yurievich carries out significant work on the integrated development of the city district. The main priorities include the creation of the Bogoslovsky industrial Park, the construction of a highway at the entrance to Krasnoturinsk and a water pipeline route.

A. Y. Ustinov is an adviser to the State Civil Service of the Sverdlovsk region, 3rd class.
