Background
Vadim Valerievich graduated from Chelyabinsk State University with a degree in Enterprise Management (Ferrous Metallurgy).
From 2000 to 2008, he worked in senior positions in subsidiaries of the Splav Holding (Tula).
From 2009 to 2015, he held the position of Director of Production Logistics at SKB Turbina of NPO High-Precision Complexes Holding (Chelyabinsk).
From 2015 to 2018, he worked as an adviser to the CEO of NPO High–Precision Complexes Holding, overseeing the implementation of lean manufacturing tools at 15 enterprises belonging to the Holding.
From 2018 to the present day, he has been the Director of Development at CSoft Group of Companies.
