
Robert Urazov
Background
In 2001, he graduated with honors from Kazan State University with a degree in management. In 2011, he graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with a Master's Degree in Public Administration. He received additional education in Germany (the Innovation Management program, 2009) and in the United Kingdom (the program "Studying organizational and technological aspects of public services of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland", 2010).
In 2011-2013, he was a member of the Expert Council of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives for the Promotion of New Projects. In 2013-2014, he was an assistant to the Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East. In 2014, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Young Professionals department at the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. In the same year, he became the General Director of the Worldskills Russia Agency for the Development of Professional Communities and Workers. In 2019, by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, Robert Urazov was awarded the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree, for his services to the preparation of the national team of the Russian Federation in professional skills for the European championship in professional skills EuroSkills-2018 in Budapest (Hungary). Member of the Presidium of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Science and Education, member of the National Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Professional Qualifications.
