Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Technology. He has a higher education in engineering and economics.

In 2002-2018, additional education qualifications were awarded to the head of an organization engaged in maintaining registers of holders of registered securities, senior executives and investment professionals in the following programs: Modern methods of management and operation of residential buildings, implementation of investment projects to improve energy efficiency, energy conservation and energy infrastructure development, public finance management.

1993-2003 Economist of the 1st category, Chief Specialist, Head of Department, Deputy Head of the Department of Financial, Credit and Investment Policy for the Mytischinsky district of the Moscow region.

2003 – 2013 Worked in senior positions in organizations of the construction complex and housing and communal services.

2013 – 2014 Deputy Director of the Department of Legal Support of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

Since 2015, he has been working at the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.

2017-2018 – Deputy Director of the Department of Pricing and Urban Planning Zoning of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

On September 13, 2018, she was appointed Director of the Pricing and Urban Planning Zoning Department of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

He has state awards:
